the eating plan
I have succeeded, and failed, at dieting many times over the years. So, I sat down, and looked at all of the plans I’ve tried (Diet Workshop, Weight Watchers, Atkins, calorie counting, vegetarian, Slim Fast) and thought about why they worked, and why they failed.
You know what? They all failed because I eventually went back to placing food on the top of my “most important thing” list, and that always spelled failure. But now, through prioritizing and prayer, food is no longer the most important thing.

What is my food plan? Well, I am using the one thing that will keep me from the foods that destroy me. It also has given me the most energy in the past.
Low Carb.
Not just meat and bacon and butter. But also healthy vegetables full of fiber.
And, daily excercise. There is a gym a block away, and I’m taking advantage of it.
